You will need to check your e-mail for receipt and forward it to us. If you cannot find it in your inbox, you will need to check the Spam/Trash folders. If you have not received a receipt, you will need to check your bank statement to make sure you were charged in the first place. Make sure to forward your bank statement to us so that we could track your payment down. In case you do not have either a receipt or a bank statement, it means that your payment did not go through, and you will need to pay for your order again using another credit card/browser/device/payment processing company.
